Booking and Payment
All bookings made through our website require full payment at the time of confirmation. Advance payment guarantees your booking and immediate confirmation.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations up to 7 days before check-in: Cancellation or modification requests made by midnight on the seventh day before the check-in date (e.g., for a check-in on the 8th of the month, by midnight on the 1st) will be completely free of charge.
Late cancellations: For cancellations made after this deadline, the cost of the first night will be retained.
No-show (non-arrival): In case of a no-show without prior notice, the total amount of the stay will be retained.
Booking Modifications
We will do our best to accommodate requests for changes to confirmed bookings. However, modifications are subject to availability and may result in price adjustments based on the number of guests and the new requested dates.
Customer Responsibility
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide valid contact information for any communication regarding the booking. Any changes must be communicated promptly.
Privacy and Data Protection
The data provided during the booking process will be handled in compliance with privacy regulations. For more details, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by Italian law. Any disputes will be resolved in the competent court of Bologna.
