Booking and Payment

All bookings made through our website require full payment at the time of confirmation. Advance payment guarantees your booking and immediate confirmation.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations and changes up to 10 days before check-in:
Requests to cancel or change a reservation received by midnight on the tenth day before the check-in date will be free of charge. For example, for a check-in scheduled on the 10th of the month, the request must be received by midnight on the 1st.
Please note: any payment processing fees are non-refundable.

Late cancellations:
For cancellations received after this deadline, the amount corresponding to the first night of the stay will be retained.

No-show:
In case of no-show without prior notice, the full amount of the stay will be retained.

Booking Modifications

We will do our best to accommodate requests for changes to confirmed bookings. However, modifications are subject to availability and may result in price adjustments based on the number of guests and the new requested dates.
Any request to modify or postpone a reservation must be received at least 10 days before the original check-in date to avoid any penalties.

Customer Responsibility

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide valid contact information for any communication regarding the booking. Any changes must be communicated promptly.

Privacy and Data Protection

The data provided during the booking process will be handled in compliance with privacy regulations. For more details, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by Italian law. Any disputes will be resolved in the competent court of Bologna.
